The delivery address on my order is incorrect, what can I do?
Yes, you may change the delivery address, only when we have not billed and shipped your order. Please email us at aldome@apparel-group.com.
My package was returned to the sender, what do I do?
Our shipping company will come again to your place. You should plan and coordinate the purchase in a manner that someone will accept the merchandise in your absence.
Do I need to sign for my package?
A signature is not required with our deliveries.
